During 2,5 hours you will walk through the forest, meadows and small paths in natural locations of Prague (e.g. Prokopské valley, Chuchelský háj, Modřanská gorge). Using simple techniques and perception of herbs, you will learn how to calm the nervous system and how to bring calm and balance into everyday life.
It also includes aromatherapy, mini rituals and at the end you will take away a baked herbal tea, a tea blend for calmness and an herbal pouch.
