There is no concierge for the OROOM experience rooms, everything is completely discreet. Just pay a refundable deposit of CZK 2,900 before arrival and wait for the code to open the room door.
The story you will become a part of includes audio recordings, props, and authoentic costumes.
The code to enter the room is valid from 6pm to 10am the following day. You can leave the room anytime you want over the course of your stay. Aftech checking out, the deposit will be returned immediately, only reduced by the amount of food and drinks consumed from the minibar.
The room has its own bathroom and is perfectly cleaned and disinfected. The props are either disposable or thoroughly disinfected.
