„Vše probíhalo hladce . Instruktoři byly nápomocni při vysvětlování všeho co nás zajímalo . Nenutili žádné upgrady, jen nás o nich informovali . Byli rázní ( asi potřeba při této činnosti ) ale dělali i legrácky a atmosféra byla dobrá . Samotný zážitek odpovídal všemu čemu měl . Zbraně náboje i výklad o nich . Určitě doporučuji.“

„I'd been to a couple of experience ranges before, so I had a pretty good idea what I was getting into. But here I was pleasantly surprised by the opportunity to try out, for an extra fee, guns that are not normally offered elsewhere - finally I could shoot a Kriss Vector or a vintage M1 Garand. It was also interesting to compare the volume of the shot in a classic rifle and in a gun with a really good silencer, where practically no hearing protection is needed. The only thing I would recommend to improve is the addition of information on the Adrop gift voucher. Specifically mentioning the need to arrive at least 15 minutes early. It's probably mentioned on other portals and their vouchers, but it's missing directly on the Adrop voucher. Similarly, the information about the need to have ID with you would be quite crucial. Fortunately, I got it, but I witnessed a situation where someone arrived without one and was not allowed to shoot. It was obviously in accordance with the rules, which I completely understand and think is correct, it's just a shame that the recipient may not even know about it from the Adrop voucher. I would also shorten the pre-shooting introductory speech slightly. The safety briefing is of course essential and it is good that enough space is devoted to it, I certainly appreciate that. At times, however, the discussion veered off into topics that were not directly related, and I think these could possibly be discussed after the shooting with those who are interested. Overall, though, I enjoyed the experience and can definitely recommend it.“

„The experience at the shooting range was great, the organizers were friendly, professional but at the same time human. There was a lot of different weapons to choose from, to which you could buy ammunition on the spot and try anything you wanted beyond the voucher.“

„It was a great experience! The instructors were professional, explained everything well and made sure everything was safe, so I felt really in good hands. I got to try out more types of weapons and got useful tips on how to improve my accuracy and technique. The atmosphere was friendly but at the same time very responsible. Hello, I bought a voucher for my husband to shoot at the outdoor shooting range in Hrotovice. He made an appointment, but unfortunately he arrived about 10 minutes late because he couldn't find it and the gentleman told him he wouldn't take him anymore. For the next 14 days he tried to call the man and arrange another date, but without success. Today he finally got through and was told that he would not take the voucher until the voucher deadline (11/7) and the voucher would be forfeited. In my opinion, this is not nice or fair treatment. I wanted to ask how is it handled if the gentleman doesn't have time to answer the phone for 14days and then tells us it's too late? Thank you, Kopecna.
