Hello, I bought a voucher for my husband to shoot at the outdoor shooting range in Hrotovice. He made an appointment, but unfortunately he arrived about 10 minutes late because he couldn't find it and the gentleman told him he wouldn't take him anymore. For the next 14 days he tried to call the man and arrange another date, but without success. Today he finally got through and was told that he would not take the voucher until the voucher deadline (11/7) and the voucher would be forfeited. In my opinion, this is not nice or fair treatment.
