Day 1—Arrival to Kemp Děčín and activities to your liking

The first day will be introductory. You will check in Kemp Děčín, and then you can set off on your journey to explore the surroundings. What is worth visiting is the castle in Děčín with its rose garden, the zoo, and the aqua park with thermal water. Right at Kemp Děčín, you can enjoy the food of the local bistro or send your children to a large outdoor playground. In the evening, you can sit by the fireplace to warm up or grill something delicious.

Day 2—A cruise through České středohoří

Say hello to the first day of activities! After breakfast, we will take you and your rented boat to Ústí nad Labem under the Střekov Castle to see the unique Masaryk's Locks. You will sail right through this technical monument and experience the water surface 9 meters down in its chamber. After that, you will see another technical monument along the way—Mariánský most. This bridge, under which you will sail, is one of the 10 most unique reinforced concrete structures in the world. The cruise will last 5 to 6 hours, during which you will enjoy the beautiful landscape of the Elbe Canyon.

Day 3—A cruise through Děčín to Schmilka or Bad Schandau

After breakfast, you will sail with your boat through the historic city of Děčín and let yourself be carried by the stream to Schmilka (approximately 3 hours) or to Bad Schandau (4 to 5 hours). You can stretch the time a bit if you like it at the ferry restaurant of Dolní Grund, where you can stop for refreshments. And stop you definitely should. The view of the surrounding rocks is truly magical. After you feel rested enough, you will sail further down the stream, but soon after, you'll be treated to the views of Šrámové kameny. By then, you will be nearing your destination. After your dock, you should definitely enjoy the cafe atmosphere of the town before heading for the train. When you arrive at Kemp Děčín, you'll pack up and head home.
