How does red light therapy work? Just come to the studio in OC Špalíček in Ostrava, sit comfortably and let the special LED panels work on you. These use a combination of 6 wavelengths from 630 to 850 nm, which are considered to be the so-called therapeutic window - i.e. the range in which light is most effective for the body. Each diode emits both the red and near-infrared spectrum evenly and without flickering, so there is no risk of headaches or other ailments.
