Hello so I took another look at the VAs website in the tab I have a voucher, universal voucher nowhere you have stated that the drawdown must be until the expiry date therefore it means that the voucher on the expiry date I will upload for a washed out e.g. residence voucher. Furthermore, if I exchange it for another universal voucher, nowhere in the order is the validity of the new voucher indicated. So if you ask me for additional funds as an extension, you will be sent a claim for misleading information. Thank you PM
