Did you go to the Krkonoše Mountains to enjoy solitude? During your stay in the mountains you don't have to come into contact with anyone unless you want to. The accommodation is self-service so you can manage everything on your own without staff. The apartment is smart and communicates with you using signs and instructions. Yet you will feel looked after. You can pop in at any time to top up your caffeine levels in the coffee machine, have a local beer or wine, or grab anything else to eat at the self-service bar.
Check-in takes place anytime after 4pm, and you should be able to checkout by 10am. If you do need help with anything, just pick up the phone and help is on the way.
