The cooking course under the guidance of Jan Křídlo takes place in Prague, Holešovická tržnice. Jan is a talented chef who has traveled across the Czech Republic and other countries with the Chefparade Foodtruck. He keeps a close eye on every little thing that's happening in gastronomy, so he can show it to you during the course.
What will you prepare during the course, you ask?
- Bang Bang Chicken—tempura chicken nuggets with a sweet chilli salad and peanut sauce
- Wasabi Burger—a delicious hamburger with the famous Japanese horseradish
- Burrito Grande—a traditional Mexican dish with ground beef
- Wasabi Mayonnaise—a spicy mayonnaise that takes any dish to a whole new level
- Frutta de la Crema—a light fruity dessert to top it all off
The price of the course includes high quality fresh ingredients, rental of cooking equipment, as well as alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. The course takes place in a small group with a maximum of 11 other participants. The experience lasts for 3–3.5 h.
