„The organisation of the game is/was a complete fiasco. We didn't get to play the game. In the first case, I wanted to play the game the next day, but Adrop was unable to get the game ready by the next day. The experience voucher said nothing about having to register the game three days in advance, which I eventually learned from the coordinator. The second attempt was already looking promising. I received several confirmation emails from Adrop saying that I had a confirmation email, and that my experience was coming up. I installed the app ahead of time, but found out on the spot that I still had to find the activation email to look for in SPAM. After 10 minutes of unsuccessful searching, I contacted the operator as instructed. After the fifth ring he hung up, the second time he hung up after the first ring, he did not respond to my SMS. We searched for another 10 min, then gave up. After complaining to Adrop, I learned that the email in the SPAM we were supposed to be looking for was the only one sent from a different domain than the rest of all the emails. Who would have expected that an email from a different domain than Adrop would not be SPAM. :) The game may be fine, I can't judge. But both Adrop and their partner Hunter Games have procedural loopholes that can result in a complete fiasco and tragic service from a customer perspective. Not recommended.“

„Hunter Games app unavailable in the Appstore for foreign participants, it was not in English, we could not find anywhere to change the language, after entering the correct answer it was impossible to continue the game, lengthy, not very interesting, videos without sound, we tried to contact the developer - impossible. The app is not "user friendly" for any of the participants and they were from all over the world. Eventually everyone gave up and went to the pub instead. This had a negative impact on our office in the Czech Republic from the management. Not recommended!“

Hello, Margaret, thank you for your review. Below I am sending a statement directly from the game operator. Good evening, Thank you for your email and we are sorry to hear that the client did not have a positive experience. We'll take it one at a time. We may have overlooked something, but we have rechecked the order now and nowhere did it say that the client was interested in the English version of the game. The Czech version was purchased and there was no note on the booking. Our app is normally accessible, as you can check at this address: https://apps.apple.com/us/app/hunter-games/id1056828991?ls=1 Apple only blocks users from countries like North Korea, Eritrea etc. but we are unable to prevent this and unfortunately we do not know which parts of the world the client says the players were from. The app is in Czech, Slovak, English and German. We are sorry that the client found the game lengthy, but this is only her subjective opinion, which most of those who gave us a positive review would probably disagree with. If her choice didn't match her tastes, we will be happy to refer her to our eshop where we offer more than 20 games of various genres. We spoke to the client but she was unable to explain what the problem was and then hung up the phone and we couldn't get back to her. Please add our response to the review so that other users can read our response. If there is still a problem in the future, we are ready to resolve it to the customer's satisfaction. Regards Hunter Games Team
