Hello, I have a question about an experience we bought from you. We bought a ferrata climbing course in Decin. On the voucher the length of the experience was stated as 4-5 hours, but in reality the experience lasted about 1 hour and 45 minutes including the journey to the wall and back to the parking lot where we returned the equipment . I would therefore like to ask how is it possible that there is such a difference in the listed times? Thank you for the answer.

Hello, I'd like to buy a voucher as a Christmas present for my husband, but I've read that good health is a requirement. I wanted to ask what is meant by that? Hello. For my birthday I got a Via ferrata experience in the Czech Paradise. My question is whether it is possible for my husband and daughter to climb the farrata with me? We already have our own equipment and since the ferrata should be accessible to everyone, if I am guided by an instructor (use a voucher) my husband and daughter can be close to me during the whole climb? Hello, I would like to book a climbing course for the whole family. Is it possible to somehow differentiate the difficulty so that it is adequate for everyone, my husband has experience with climbing, as he is from a climbing family, my son 12 years old has been climbing the wall for several years as part of a sports club and my son 8 years old has no experience so far, only classic hikes in the Tatras (he is tall and muscular for his age, but is afraid of heights) and my daughter 6 years old is the same, but has no fear of heights. We would like to take some basic courses and then possibly a little more advanced ones to slowly prepare ourselves and the kids for ferratas or more challenging hikes, but safely.
