Hello, I have a question about an experience we bought from you. We bought a ferrata climbing course in Decin. On the voucher the length of the experience was stated as 4-5 hours, but in reality the experience lasted about 1 hour and 45 minutes including the journey to the wall and back to the parking lot where we returned the equipment . Hello, I would like to book a climbing course for the whole family. Is it possible to somehow differentiate the difficulty so that it is adequate for everyone, my husband has experience with climbing, as he is from a climbing family, my son 12 years old has been climbing the wall for several years as part of a sports club and my son 8 years old has no experience so far, only classic hikes in the Tatras (he is tall and muscular for his age, but is afraid of heights) and my daughter 6 years old is the same, but has no fear of heights. We would like to take some basic courses and then possibly a little more advanced ones to slowly prepare ourselves and the kids for ferratas or more challenging hikes, but safely.
