Each dish is a work of art, always prepared with an emphasis on seasonal ingredients and traditional recipes with a modern twist. Add to that the panorama of Hradčany, Petřín and the Vltava River and you have an experience you will remember long after the last bite.

Program

The tasting takes place on the 7th floor of the Dancing House in Prague overlooking the Vltava River and the historic centre. Upon arrival at Ginger & Fred restaurant, the staff will seat you at the reserved table and will make sure that you do not miss anything.

Chef Ondřej Slanina's team will prepare four courses for you, which will change according to the season and the ingredients available - but always using fresh and quality ingredients.

The lunch menu can be enjoyed here every day from 12:00 to 15:00. You can enjoy an appetizer, soup, main course and dessert, with coffee or tea to taste.
