What to expect

Your tasting experience takes place on the 7th floor of Prague’s Dancing House, with views of the Vltava River and the historic city centre. On arrival at the restaurant, the staff will show you to your reserved table and make sure you have everything you need throughout your visit.

Chef Ondřej Slanina’s team will prepare a 5-course menu that changes with the seasons and the availability of ingredients – always using fresh, high-quality produce.

What might the menu look like?

Starter: Fried cannelloni filled with prawn tartare, marinated celeriac and yellow beetroot, dill mayonnaise and prawn espuma;
Soup: Potato velouté with shallots, truffles and almond milk;
Cold starter: Salmon trout with potato ragout, grilled carrot, salmon caviar and smoked beetroot sauce;
Main course: Duck breast with parsley purée, roasted celeriac, pickled sea buckthorn, crispy fried leek and demi-glace;
Dessert: Mandarin crémeux with lemon pepper, prosecco espuma, vanilla crumble and fried buckwheat.
