Excellent tasting menu for two people in a restaurant in the centre of Prague. This is a summary of an experience that will appeal to every lover of this Japanese dish. The restaurant has won an award in the "Best SUSHI in Prague" poll, so quality and authenticity are of the utmost importance here. Throughout the tasting menu, you can watch the master chef literally dance around the fish and rice. No one will leave hungry after this experience. What are the individual courses?
Miso soup - soy bean soup with tofu, seaweed, mushroom and spring onion.
Chucka sálat - seaweed mix with sesame dressing.
Nigiri sushi - a roll of rice coated with a little wasabi and garnished with a piece of fish (or vegetables, omelet, etc.).
Maki sushi - rolls wrapped in nori with rice and fish or other ingredients such as vegetables.
California tobiko - a roll of crab stick, mayonnaise, cucumber and avocado, wrapped in caviar.
Sashimi - slices of raw fish without rice, laid on a Japanese radish salad and served with wasabi and ginger.
Matcha ice cream - green tea ice cream based on a Japanese recipe.
