Program

The tasting takes place on the 7th floor of the Dancing House in Prague overlooking the Vltava River and the historic centre. Upon arrival at the restaurant, the staff will seat you at your reserved table and will make sure that you do not miss anything.

Chef Ondřej Slanina's team will prepare 5 courses for you, which will change according to the season and the available ingredients - but always with fresh and quality ingredients.

What might such a menu look like?

An appetizer: Fried cannelloni stuffed with shrimp tartare with marinated celery and yellow beets, dill mayonnaise and shrimp espuma;
Soup: Potato cream with shallots, truffles and almond milk;
Cold appetizer: Salmon trout with potato ragout, grilled carrots, salmon caviar and beet sauce;
Main Course: Duck breast with parsley puree, roasted celery, pickled sea buckthorn, fried leek straw and demi glace;
Dessert: Mandarin cremeux with lemon pepper, prosecco espuma, vanilla crumble and fried buckwheat;
