Are you looking for romance in the saddle? Head to the Beskydy Mountains just over the border, where the family farm Gazdovstvo Škradné is located. There, you will be welcomed by an experienced guide and together you will explore the Beskydy or Javorník ridges on a day's horseback riding. You will enjoy up to 8 hours in the saddle and see a good chunk of the picturesque surroundings. And thanks to the western saddles, your backside and your horses' backsides will be in comfort.

An all-day horseback ride is suitable for both less experienced riders and those who are at home in the saddle. The ride is open to everyone over 15 years of age. At least a basic level of physical fitness will be useful - even if you don't go on foot, it's still a bit of a struggle.

The day trip on horseback starts at the farm Gazdovstvo Škradné, which is located in Slovakia in the village of Vysoká nad Kysucou - just 6 kilometres from the Czech border. There are mostly American breeds of horses (Quarter horse, Appaloosa), cows, donkeys and other animals that you can scratch when the mood strikes.

Once you've met your four-legged partner, you can hop in the saddle and the adventure begins!
