You already know that piccolo doesn't exist, but do you also know how to make an espresso that caresses the soul and energizes the body? You'll learn in this 7-hour coffee preparation course in Prague. There's a sprinkling of theory and a hefty helping of practice - your coffee skills will be queued up to the neighbours.
The coffee making course starts at 10:00. In the first part, you will learn the necessary theory from the right amount of coffee to the ideal grind coarseness and extraction time to refining the final flavor profile.
At 12:00 you'll grab lunch (not included) and continue with the hands-on portion of the course, where you'll delve into the ins and outs of espresso making, learn how to froth milk and try your hand at latte art.
The course ends at 16:00 and, in addition to lots of new information, you will take home a script and a certificate of completion.
The capacity of the course is 5 to 8 participants.
