Experience coffee roasting in the Rochlov Castle area

Preparing and roasting coffee is alchemy. It starts with choosing the location of origin, to selecting the right varieties, to harvesting and separating the beans from the pulp. The journey then goes even further. Beans that are still green need to be processed. They are roasted differently for espresso and differently for the filter. In the coffee roasting experience, you will learn the journey of the beans from the field to the cup and see in practice how to roast properly.

The experience takes place in the Rochlova roastery in the historic granary building, where you will be greeted by the aroma of freshly roasted coffee and an experienced coffee connoisseur who will be happy to share his know-how, experience and savoury travel experiences.
