The actual flight time is around 1-3 hours depending on weather conditions. Please allow around 5-6 hours for the experience itself.

Before the flight you will receive a text message from the pilot with summary information about the expedition balloon flight. Next, you will be transported to the departure point, show your ticket and it's time to start preparing the balloon - you can participate in the preparations with the pilot's consent and enjoy the flight with all the fun.

Now all you have to do is hop in the basket and enjoy the views of the winter landscape. You'll fly over it at wind speed and direction - so the exact route and landing spot are always a bit of a surprise. After landing, the experience is far from over - there's a christening ceremony for the first-time flyers, who will now become full members of the aerobatic family with the title of nobility. The ground crew will take you back to the rendezvous point.

What to wear and take with you?

The temperature in the balloon is not significantly lower than on the ground and you will be warmed by the hot air from the burner, but expect not to get hot by moving. So dress warmly enough and don't forget gloves and a hat. Choose sturdy and well-insulated footwear. We also recommend packing a water bottle.

What if the weather is not favourable?

The balloon flight takes place only in good weather conditions. If the weather is not favourable, you will be informed in time and given a new date to choose.

What about escorts?

You can bring an escort to the take-off point to take photos for you as a souvenir. It is also no problem if they follow the balloon's movement and arrive at the landing site. However, the escort must not interfere with the experience - so it is a good idea to consult with the ground crew about the launch site.
