Do you want to enjoy diving during your vacations to the fullest? Learn to rely on yourself and your body. This freediving course will teach you how to swim dozens of meters underwater in one breath without any problems. After this experience, holding your breath underwater for three minutes or more will be easy-peasy.
The current freediving record is 120 meters, which you might not break during the course, but you will push your limits and learn how to have maximum control over your own body. And experienced instructors, including Petr Vala, who was won Czech and world championships, will guide you to this goal.
Freediving is a great experience for adventurers who want to discover the underwater world. Although it might look like an adrenaline sport, the reality is a bit different. Freedivers know how to calm down, listen to their bodies and have a wonderful time relaxing underwater. In addition, freedivers can often dive to greater depths than divers with equipment.

With this two-day basic pool freediving course, you will learn the basics of breath-hold diving, including the theoretical ones. You will be guided through the course by Petr Vala, who won the 2016 World Champion title in Kalamata, Greece, or Vendula Strachotova, who won the 2016 World Vice-Champion title in Kalamata.
Program
Friday afternoon:
- Theory, demonstration videos and practice
- Basics of freediving physiology and proper breathing
- Body stretching, diaphragm, breathing exercises
- Diving risks and safety rules
Saturday
- Pool practice and video training, part theory
- Static apnea - you will try maximum breath holding (under the guidance of the instructor)
- Dynamic apnea
- Swimming technique with fins
- Saturday's session includes classroom lectures
- final test - after passing which you will receive international certification
Conditions
For men and women over 16 years of age. Under 18 years of age only with the consent of a legal guardian.

It takes place in all weather conditions.
