Program

The walk for herbs lasts approximately 2 hours, during which you will walk some 2-3 kilometres at a leisurely pace, mostly on flat ground. You will encounter unpretentious terrain - paths, tracks and short entrances into the countryside, for example through a meadow, uncultivated field or woodland section.

The walks are taken in various places in Prague, always with good access to public transport and parking. You start the trip in a group of minimum 4 and maximum 20 participants, so the atmosphere remains pleasantly intimate.

When booking your date, you can choose from 2 experience options, either a walk with tasting of herbal oils, syrups, jams and liqueurs, or with your own herbal oil production. Both are a very pleasant experience that caresses the soul as well as the body.

The price of the herb walk includes:

• a two-hour nature walk led by an experienced herbalist,
• an introduction to herbs and their use in everyday life,
• practical tips on how to distinguish between edible and medicinal herbs and what their effects are,
• tips on where to look for herbs and how to collect them correctly,
• tasting herb products or making herb oil.
