Music therapy for deep relaxation of body and mind

The relaxation session begins with a brief introduction and an explanation of how the music therapy session will unfold. You will then settle into a comfortable position or lie down and allow yourself to be soothed by the sounds of carefully selected natural instruments tuned to their natural pitches. During the session, your nervous system is calmed, physical and mental tension is released, and you experience deep relaxation. At the end, there is time for a brief consultation or to share your experiences.

Do I need to have any experience with music therapy?
No, you don’t. This relaxation session is also suitable for complete beginners.

How long does the relaxation session last?
Approximately 2 hours, including the initial consultation.

What should I bring with me?
Just comfortable clothing that you feel at ease in.

Is the relaxation session suitable for everyone?
Yes, there are no health or age restrictions.

Where does the relaxation session take place?
In a rented studio in Prague. Smaller groups meet at the Šestý smysl Centre, whilst larger groups meet at Studio Avati. Individual sessions can also be arranged at the client’s home by prior arrangement.
