Climbing course with ice axes takes place on an artificial wall in Bystřice nad Pernštejnem and lasts two hours. At the beginning you will have a familiarization with the equipment and a short warm-up. Then comes the climbing itself - first with top belay and training ice axes, then you can try climbing without them. The instructor will be with you the whole time, explaining the basic methodology, principles and small tricks that will help you move more efficiently on the wall and work less hard.
The price of the indoor climbing course with ice axes includes:
- 2 hours of training under the guidance of a certified climbing instructor,
- rental of equipment (belay devices, harness, rope, training ice axe).
The price does not include the rental of climbing shoes - you can bring your own, or use clean indoor shoes.
