This experience has three guided tour options he can choose from:
1) A historical tour—during the course of approximately 90 minutes, he'll be treated to a guided tour of Prague's Old Town, peek into the Romanesque and Gothic underground, visit three different underground locations, including the palace where King George of Poděbrady himself lived, and learn about the history of Prague and how the former city actually became the underground. There, he will find an alchemist's laboratory with faithful replicas of that period and terrifying torture instruments.
2) A haunted tour—legends, tales, executions, and ghosts? He can look forward to this and much more during a one-hour guided tour with a guide who will have a costume. He'll explore the alleys of the Old Town, Josefov, and Haštalská Quarter, where he will peek into the haunted underground and discover the legends of Executioner Mydlář, Rabbi Loew, the Golem of Prague, or the Iron Man of Prague. All this is then topped off by a visit to an underground that has torture and execution tools. That will send shivers down his spine!
3) A modern history tour—is he interested in modern history? This 90-minute guided tour around Olšanské náměstí filled with interesting facts about the history of Czechoslovakia under the communist rule and during the Velvet Revolution will keep him on his toes. He'll learn about the prominent figures of the Revolution, see the fallout shelter hidden on the Parukářka hill and even the exhibitions of the Cold War Museum. He will also see practical demonstrations of anti-chemical equipment, civil protection equipment, and even the arsenal of the Czechoslovak People's Army of that time. And that's not even the half of it!
