After purchasing a voucher for 6 people in the South Moravia region, you activate the code in the booking system HERE and here you will get contact directly to the operator. You can then contact the balloon operator to arrange the take-off point and the date.

Dear Ms. Kobrova, I would like to book a hot air balloon flight for me and my boyfriend for our anniversary on October 9. We live in Melnik, so it would be great if I can book it somewhere close to it. Are Roundnice nad Labem the closest place or there is any better? We don't have a car. Also, I just saw in the description that we should book 2-3 weeks in advance, and the date is in just two weeks. If the weather will be good, is it possible to do it on or around that date? The nearest departure point for balloon flights for you is indeed Roudnice nad Labem, where there are very beautiful views.
However, I must inform you that the flight date depends on suitable meteorological conditions. For example, it is dangerous to fly a balloon if the wind is stronger than 5m/s. Therefore, it is not realistic to expect that the flight date will fall exactly on your preferred date of 9th October, and you should also bear in mind that due to changes in the weather, your date may be cancelled and rescheduled several times. This is also why vouchers are issued with a validity of 12 months.

Hello, Michael, no medical certificate is required for a balloon flight. Therefore, anyone can take part in the experience as long as they are reasonably fit and healthy with no significant knee, hip or back problems, recent surgeries, broken bones or existing conditions that could make landing a balloon uncomfortable. The balloon basket must be entered using the steps on the side of the basket. Participants will stand for one hour and in the event of a harder landing, a small bump will follow which is similar to jumping from a low chair. You must be able to hold on to the safety handrails when landing the balloon. If your parents are capable of this, they can fly without any problem. Dobrý den,chtěl jsem se zeptat, jestli v termínu od 10.7.2018 do srpna jste schopni zrealizovat let balónem pro 2-3 osoby (váha dohromady 230kg/330kg) z Plzně směrem na Klatovsko, v ideálním případě směr Sušicko? Bylo by to pro mé rodiče k výročí. Je mně jasné, že by záleželo na směru větru a povětrnostních podmínkách. V krajním případě by nám stačil let z oblasti Plzně (kdekoliv poblíž města) alespoň nad vodní hrad Švihov. Tam je okolo poměrně dost rovin (asi) vhodných pro Vás k případnému (mezi)přistání. Když Vám zaplatím takový let do začátku příštího týdne (18.6.), kdy by byl let nejdříve v červenci možný? Díky za jakoukoliv info. V.B.

Dobrý den, Václave, termíny Vám ověřím a co nejdříve se Vám ozvu :). Co se týká váhy účastníků, tak by ani u jednoho účastníka neměla přesáhnout 100 kg. Dobrý den, Michale, doporučujeme rezervaci cca 3-4 týdne předem. Omezení u letu je výškové a to minimální výška, let doporučujeme pro děti od 12 let a výšku minimálně 140cm.
