Romantic stay in hotel Hasistein

„I'm choosing EXCELLENT, for the reason that it is a very nice hotel, in a beautiful landscape, perfectly tucked away and undisturbed by anything. The surroundings are absolutely perfect for excursions. Castles, Spa, Zoo, wind power plant for technical tips and the castle of Hasistein, a stone's throw away- perfect for a short break between the pool and the hot tub. As I am from the countryside and not one of the ultra demanding clients, and I understand that it is the holidays, so the staff is partially replaced by temps, I somehow understood the confusion with our stay- for example the paid romantic dinner- only one took place, the other was forgotten and we had to stupidly ask if we had it or not! Three times at meals you report the room no and after the fourth time you are asked again anyway. After asking if we could have the same table the whole stay- instead of the restaurant- we were assured that it was no problem, they would put a reservation with the room number. The next day someone else is sitting there. But the staff was nice, helpful, just a little confused...Something is being added to the hotel at the moment and it doesn't affect the operation of the hotel. Except for the piles of all kinds of building materials outside the main entrance. Including glass- disorganized, flying in the wind. Bowling with my wife in the evening was not possible, which she welcomed as she can't do it. The bowling alley was dismantled- non-functional, tools all around for 3 days, like the repairman didn't know what he was doing and was going to hang himself somewhere. Oddly arranged parking lot. under the gable the hotel parks diagonally for some unfathomable reason, so the hotel loses one space. Instead, there are 3 parking spaces side by side at the bottom, with the right one forcing you to climb out of your car straight onto the first step to the side entrance of the hotel. I was shaking my head the whole three days that people were enthusiastically using this, even though they block people leaving the hotel with bags and push them into the parking lot. It only takes so little. What doesn't work for the Czechs just doesn't work! The check-in and check-out is right in the restaurant, which wouldn't matter if people got rid of their bags for those 3 minutes in front of the restaurant in the auditorium. But that would be asking a lot of people too, so while you're eating they're scratching you with bags and listening to how much snikrsek they ate in the room and drank pepsin from the hotel fridges, plus a bunch of stupid questions. Food- excellent, breakfast classic - fried eggs, choice of veggies and fruit 100%, sweets and desserts I tasted all and one better than the other. What slightly spoiled the chefs reputation was the classic sausages and sausage in small pieces- as one of the breakfast offerings. I haven't had such a cheap and disgusting product in a long time. Those who like sausage had their feet clenched into fists at the weekly mealie slop. I felt sorry for that. The chef doesn't gloss over it, it just hurts what they buy him for the ugliness. Otherwise, what he could affect was great. Lunches of several dishes and combinations- anyone who wouldn't choose doesn't deserve a meal. Overall about the hotel- the entrance door to the suite I thought was blocked. There is such a strong Brano on them that my wife and I both pushed. It only helped halfway, because we hit the ever-opening bathroom door on the other side. I don't understand the point of a Brano that strong. Or rather, why is it there at all? The doors - all the doors and futons in the hotel. They're so scratched and damaged you feel like someone's broken in with an old crowbar. If it's from the cleaning trolleys. Just incomprehensible damage that spoils the look of a very nice hotel. From the second floor corridor, you can see the roof of the first floor. It deserves to be cleaned up there, too. Beer caps on the bags- unnecessarily unsightly. The first room on the 2nd floor was under renovation. Hence the higher dust levels. That requires more frequent cleaning. But here it was decided that it would be better if people unzipped the whole hotel. Bathroom clean, equipped, fragrant! Room just right- you're not going to live there, are you. Beds clean, linen, 3 pillows with a clue as to which was for what. signs about cleaning, fridge equipped, champagne on ice in room. This standard made a very nice impression. TV- small, on the wall, almost up to the ceiling, so it's ideal to put a pillow under your neck so your head tilts slightly when lying on your back. Unfortunately, you can't stand it for even 5 minutes. A bit of simple rearranging might be worth considering. Pool clean, jacuzzi great, both saunas clean, set up ideal. But even for my excessive detailism, I still give an OUTSTANDING! I would love to go there again sometime. Unless they blacklist me after this:-)“
