On the day of the via ferrata ascent to Priečné sedlo, an experienced UIMLA-certified high-altitude guide will be waiting for you very early in the morning to explain, step by step, the techniques for tackling via ferrata routes. You will then set off together through the Malá Studená Valley, following the winding path up to Téryho chata and across the five Spiš lakes to Priečné sedlo. This challenging route takes 8–10 hours and is best tackled if you are in good physical condition.

So don’t forget to bring your courage, good-quality boots and a positive attitude.
