From the administrative issues related to registration for the course, through the background, the content, the chef - lecturer to the overall experience of completing the almost four-hour program. Everything took place in a pleasant and friendly atmosphere and we did not just stay with the presented experience and knowledge of the four selected specialties of Vietnamese cuisine, but we also had an occasional excursion into other areas of Asian cuisine. So thanks for a great experience.“

„Huge disappointment. The cooking course did not take place. We ate, that's all. But that's not why any of us went. Except for rolling the rolls and cutting the pork belly, everything was prepared in advance by the chef and then only the result was shown. How it was reached, we never knew. The answer to everything was - you'll get it in the email in the recipe. And if something wasn't prepared in advance, the chef would prepare it himself on the side, refer us to the table to eat the course and in the meantime - to make it go quickly - he would prepare the next course. And we tasted again. And in the meantime, he was preparing another one, and it was not pleasant for him if one followed him. He had a toothache and wanted to get it over with quickly. He filled our stomachs and sent us home. A very nice group of people gathered and we might have enjoyed it more without him, with just an email with the recipes. Then it would have been, if not a course, at least an enjoyable experience.“
