This is going to be legendary!
The brief was clear: "the groom must enjoy an absolutely unforgettable stag do." Going out for a beer with a bunch of mates is fine, but it's not something you'll remember for a lifetime. What are we talking about, we can do this every Friday and no one will exactly be twice as excited about it. Plus, I'm the best man, so clearly this just has to be big.
But I'm okay because I have one secret weapon - adrop. Luckily, Adrop has a menu like made for the occasion, they have hundreds of gifts for men, so all you have to do is choose. The choice was clear almost immediately - paintball in a multi-storey arena in Liberec. 3 floors designed for paintball battle, perfectly elaborated battlefield (broken car in the middle of the room, hatches through the walls like in CS, cover from military equipment, etc.)...

...the best rifles, plus a backroom with a bar, showers and changing facilities...well, just everything you need for a proper stag party. This gentleman's ride will be worth it!
Transportation in style
Our crew is all about doing things the right way. So one of us' bachelor party definitely couldn't start with everyone arriving in a different car, some on public transport and some on foot, no such thing! Even the transport to the stag party venue (which had been shrouded in mystery until then) had to be properly manly... so we set up a nap and took the groom, tied up, to the venue.

All the kidnappers had a great time, and the groom-to-be was thrilled too (as he later admitted to us). Although it may have seemed a bit rough at first...

Put on your camouflage and let's go to battle!
After a brief introduction, the first beer (which was already waiting for us) and a briefing, we got straight into paintball and it was an incredible adrenaline rush! I knew what I was getting myself into when we were here with my colleagues, it was awesome, but men's driving during a stag party is a whole other level.
No mercy!
So yeah, I'm a witness and I should have my buddy's back no matter what, that's for sure... but only if he's on the team with me. Once he was on the other side of the barricade, the bullets, which have a standard speed of around 300 km/h, were merciless.
It's war!
Just imagine it - 10 people on one floor going against each other, all against all - it really makes you sweat because interference can come from anywhere and I'm not going to lie to you, it stings. Even though you have a lot of protections and nothing is threatening, some shooters can hit the spot right next to the protectors and stuff. But in the heat of the game, it doesn't hurt. One is perfectly concentrated, one's senses are heightened, perhaps hectolitres of adrenaline and excitement flow through the body, creating a cocktail of emotions that leaves no room for fear or pain. You feel like you are in a real fight.

We played several types of games - two teams, all against all, a battle of the flag (which always lasted about 20 seconds) and more. Each type has something to it. What I especially appreciate is that the Arena people were most helpful in everything. We had a lot of our own activities set up and they didn't get upset about anything and helped us in everything, even though the groom's overalls ended up covered in flour, milk, ketchup and sugar afterwards.
The best in the end
After the game we still had plenty of time to party, so we sat at the bar, ate, drank and did and dealt with the sort of things that you do and deal with at a stag party.... Full of impressions, we discussed who hit who how and who was hidden where and how who "bought" where. No one was bored and the groom still tells everyone what a great bachelor party his group prepared for him. Mission accomplished.
So if you're looking for an original gift tip for a man or an original bachelor party, paintball is the way to go.
