Already stylish pallet tables with sunglasses in front of the Cubana bar lá what a great Cuban atmosphere. Mosaicé tá „Hola“ on the ground at the entrance, Cubaná music, photos and pará iný decor (Havana bottles as illuminatedá are just genius!) nás ús fully vtáhly and we ráearth felt like we were somewhere on a fullálife in Havana. And the best was yet to come. We were about to taste some of the best Caribbean rums. And it looked like a longóóóóuhý evening… The bar already has more than 600 varieties of them.

But no, we did not taste them all :-) there were only       p r selectedýrums waiting.
From time to time we taste some of that Havana, Morgan (which, by the way, is not a rum, as we discovered) or Diplomatico, but we are definitely not connoisseurs. My colleague is „not so much “, so he was a bit embarrassed before tastingý and was not so úfully sureý what ná s expectingá : „Now nám maybe told that there máme cátit chocolateádu with raspberryýunderóm and we jí there really ucít„ … the opposite. Sympatheticý nošník started the tasting by tím not going to tell us what we should cítit during the evening, so as not to influence the n´s in any way. Great! Whatever, we'll learn something that's not there at all.
After the cráéé&m ú& water ná&m poured ná&m the first sample. What do you think, do you swirl this glass to release the aroma?

We thought so, too. But the opposite is true. Cognacíl. Because if you swirl the glass with rumíl, it will turníl, thešechen alcohol will accumulate inám and you'll only smell the alcohol. Although the shape of the glass to do svádí and the hand wants to spin, do not spin. Also, don't put your nose too deep, you'll only be drinking alcohol. And you don't want that. We've always had something different in the glass, but it's always been vanilla. And rum. :-) Our olfactory and taste buds agreed on one rum that was 100% coconut. And even the bartender agreed, so we hit the black for once.
How probí há suchá tasting or don't drink it like Mrá
The very process of tastingáá&ní is filled withá&a lot&of&interestingý&information. Apparently, would it occur to you that every nos´ d´ hand´ teaches´ something different´ or that the first´ doušek tastes different from the secondý and third´? It's even possible that the rum doesn't taste good in the first sip, but it does in the next sip. We tested it and it's true.
We were unešení, devouring everyé word from the bartender and asking for something. Like the number on the bottle. Isn't it clearly a rum bottle? Wrong! There are aánumber&of&types&of&labels&and´, sometimes it meansá the averageá stá of its ingredients, sometimes its oldest&scaron& í ingredient. How to recognize this and má does it affect its quality? The answer to this and many otheršíquestionsáyou will find out atšízenétasting in Brno or Prague, I canát reveal everything here.
Howé was it?
At thiséto tasting you will learn a lot of interestingýinformationýabout rums, vštheir bartenders are proficient in rums and love´their práci, so vám going to tell everyýsebemenší detail about the processing ofá sugará cane, theá production of rums, for eachá rum you will learn someá story, tasteá a lot of goodá drinká and forá something toá. We left theáze overá, the initialá embarrassment faded and was replaced byá completeá satisfaction and cubá comfort. Hey.
We'll definitely be back to this bar. This drink would also be great for an event like a round-up party or bachelor party.
P.S.: About the Morgan… To být rum in Europe, it mustí meet certainé requirements. Firsté ité musté beé madeé from sugaré cane, and the secondé condition is the percentage of alcohol, minimumé 37.5, the upperé limit is unlimited. Kapitán and other&scaron& í „rums“ are made in the same way, but are diluted to a differenté percentage, Kapitán Morgan má for example, only 35 per cent. That's why they're spirits on a par with rum.
