Flying in a fighter plane is by far one of our favourite aerial experiences. What makes it so appealing?
For aviation fans, it's a feast just to be able to fly in the legendary L-29 Dolphin and L-39 Albatros. For everyone else, the biggest attraction is the speed and beautiful aerobatics that both aircraft can perform.
What types of aircraft can people fly in your country and what are the differences between them?
The L-39 Albatross is a generation younger than the L-29 Dolphin and is faster and more powerful. However, both fly wonderfully, try them both and compare for yourself.
Several fighters have been developed directly by the Czechs. Why is it that we are so successful in this field?
We have a long tradition in aeronautics, aircraft development and production, and skilled Czech hands can make a name for themselves in this field.

We have a lot of successful pilots like that. How do you select those who fly with clients?
All of our pilots are aerobatics instructors with many thousands of hours of flight time. However, in addition to their professional skills, they must also be customer friendly and tailor-make each client's flight.
5G overloads and flying at 650 km/h or more horizontally. Is there anything like that feeling?
It's hard to compare this feeling to anything. Moving in three-dimensional space is beautiful and unique.
What if someone wants more of a love flight without manoeuvres, can a fighter jet even do that?
Of course, it can. We tailor each client's flight to their liking and take away an unforgettable experience.
Which locations do you fly over and why?
We fly around Brno in the zones that were created after negotiations with the Air Traffic Control (ATC) and the Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) for the sake of air traffic safety and continuity.
The whole experience from familiarisation to recap takes around 3 to 4 hours, with the flight itself taking 15 to 60 minutes depending on the length chosen. What flight time would you recommend for beginners and why?
If it is an aerobatic flight, we recommend 20 minutes for beginners. It is a reasonable time to show everything the aircraft can do at a relaxed pace, but at the same time the flight does not take too long and does not exhaust an untrained person too much.

Some fighters have altitude restrictions to ensure full safety. Are there still any flight limits in place?
For the L-39 Albatros, the weight limit per seat is 110 kg, and for the L-29 Dolphin, the maximum client weight is 130 kg.
What if someone gets really excited about flying a fighter, can they take up pilot training?
Yes, our training organization provides client training from private pilot to type training on the L-29 and L-39.
Great, thank you! Maybe some future aviator is reading us right now. And if not an aviator, then a passenger for sure :)
