An experienced instructor will be with you at all times to pass on their knowledge and experience.

The artificial wall climbing course starts with a warm-up stretch to get you ready. Since you'll find out that the wall will make you use the muscles you didn't know you had, it is best you don't skip out on the stretching. On top of that, you will become familiar with the necessary equipment and put it on right away. The instructor will teach you how to tie the rope, how to belay safely, and what to do if you're the lead climber. Then you will learn how to communicate with fellow co-climbers, as you simply cannot do without them; neither on the artifical wall, nor actual rocks. The course also includes instructions on proper climbing technique and a pack of climbing rope.
