How does such a course on fasting work? At the beginning, you will meet the lecturer and discuss what specifically you wish to improve through fasting. You will then go through the basic theory and learn how the digestive system works and what benefits fasting can bring.

You will then learn about the different types of fasting and find out which one is right for you. Tomas will explain how to prepare for the fast, what to (not) do during the fast and how to safely return to the diet after the fast is over. He will point out key aspects to watch out for and explain how your metabolism behaves during a fast.

During the course, you will learn techniques to help calm your mind and support your body's detoxification. At the end, you will receive helpful tips and recommendations for improving your overall health, along with materials and contacts for support during your fast.
