Hyperbaric oxygen therapy

Upon arrival at Studio Náskok, you will receive an initial briefing and preparation for the procedure. Hyperbaric oxygen therapy is performed in comfortable casual clothing, with no special equipment required. Just remove your shoes, mobile phone and other electronics before entering the chamber. You are then given an oxygen mask or cannula and seated in the chamber, where the actual therapy begins. For 60 minutes, you breathe concentrated oxygen at an elevated pressure of 1.5 ATA, allowing the oxygen to reach deeper into the tissues and promote regenerative processes throughout the body. At Studio Náskok you can relax, read, watch a video or even sleep during the treatment. The total length of the experience is approximately 75 minutes, as there is also a briefing and final depressurization to be considered. This is what is important to emphasize - the treatment itself lasts 60 minutes, but the entire session is longer.

The chamber therapy itself lasts 60 minutes, but in total you should allow for approximately 75 minutes including the briefing and depressurization.

2) Is advance booking required?

Yes, according to the assignment, booking is required at least 48 hours in advance. Clients are booked directly with Studio Náskok.

3) What should I bring with me?

No special clothing is required. You enter the chamber in normal comfortable clothes and leave your shoes, mobile phone and other electronics on site.

4) What will I do during my therapy session?

During therapy, you can relax, read, watch a video, or even sleep.

5) When is hyperbaric therapy not appropriate?

For example, it is not suitable for acute infectious or febrile illness, high blood pressure, pacemaker, claustrophobia, epilepsy, pregnancy or certain heart and lung conditions.
