You will learn all this in Prague at the Wim Hof Method course led by certified instructor Jakub Chomát. He will not only teach you breathing techniques that will make you more energetic and calm, but at the end you will also immerse yourself in a bath of ice for two minutes. Program

This experience is pretty chilling. During the one-day workshop, participants will learn the basics of the Wim Hof method. Breathing exercises, stretching and an optional 2-minute ice bath at the end.

What is the Wim Hof Method?

It is a set of special breathing exercises, meditation and hardening exercises that lead to our better health. Whether physical or mental. It teaches you to feel the body and use it to its full potential. Wim Hof himself not only enjoys robust health, but has 26 world records under his belt, including climbing Kilimanjaro in record time in just his shorts and staying in a tub of ice for over an hour.
