Three-course menu with mussels can be enjoyed in Olomouc in Nezval's Ars, where there is a Gastro Club Mušlárna, which focuses on dishes made from mussels. This great gastro experience takes place on selected Fridays between 5 and 10 pm. Don't forget to book your place, the number of portions is limited.
What will be tasted?
- An appetizer: SASHIMI SALMON WITH PONZU (salmon, ponzu, mango, spring onion, chili)
- Main Course: MUSH SLAVES ON WINE (garlic, chilli, anchovy, white wine, celeriac, herb baguette) / MUSH SLAVES BASQUE (tomato, pepper, black olives, chorizo)
- Dessert: LEMON POSET (citrus, crumble, grapefruit gel)
Price does not include soft or alcoholic drinks. The menu is always changed after some time so that you can taste other selected delicacies.
