A day, or even two, of pleasant work awaits you, during which you will stretch yourself, but also awaken your femininity and increase your self-confidence. You can choose from a one-day beginner workshop, or you can enjoy two days of pole dancing, either as a beginner or as an advanced pole dancer. Pole dance workshops take place either at the Krosnov mountain hut in Jablonec nad Jizerou, or in the studio in Chrudim. It depends on which option of the experience you choose.
You always have a 2-hour morning lesson and then 2 hours of dancing in the afternoon (except for the second day, when there is a one-hour block of dancing in the afternoon). It will be a really intense workout, which might even give you a bruise or two, but it will give you a hefty dose of enthusiasm as well!
What can you look forward to? Basic tricks in standing and sitting on the pole, choreography with music and a combination of multiple tricks in a row. With the two-day courses, there will also be time to make a video. Are you up for it?
