Before you jump into the balloon asket, a bit of planning. The weather has to be good and the thermal currents have to be ideal. The currents are the best in the morning or in the evening, that is why most flights are done right after sunrise or shortly before sunset. Although the flight takes around 1 hour, you should ideally reserve 3 to 4 hours for the whole experience, as it involves not only the flight itself, but also the preparation of the balloon, and also an initiation ceremony with the four elements after landing. The ceremony will make you a true part of the aeronautics family, and you'll get a certificate! The experience also includes 5 professional photos – 2 of you, 3 of the views from the balloon.
