What to expect
A tandem skydive is a one-of-a-kind chance to leap from an aircraft and experience the incredible rush of freefall. First, you’ll have a short briefing covering what to do during the jump – and what’s best avoided. For example, don’t cling to the plane for dear life. Then it’s time to get suited up and board the aircraft. Any nerves will soon disappear when you hear that a single instructor can complete as many as 387 jumps a month – all safely. After that, you can simply climb aboard and enjoy the scenic flight up.
At an altitude of 6,000 metres, it’s time to jump and experience the long-awaited freefall at speeds of up to 200 km/h. Simply incredible! The parachute flight lasts 10 to 20 minutes, with unforgettable views of the landscape below. By arrangement with your instructor, you can even try steering the parachute and take control of the flight yourself. The whole experience takes around 4 hours. The adrenaline will still be pumping through your veins after landing – and the urge to do it all again will be stronger than ever.
