Programme
A tandem skydive is a unique opportunity to jump out of a plane and experience the incredible thrill of freefall. First, there’ll be a short briefing on what to do and what not to do during the jump. For example, don’t cling to the plane for dear life. Next, you’ll get kitted out in your gear and board the plane. Any fears will vanish the moment you realise that one instructor can easily manage 387 jumps a month – all of them safely. After that, it’s no problem at all to board the plane and enjoy the scenic flight upwards.
At an altitude of 6,000 metres, you jump out and the long-awaited freefall begins at speeds of up to 200 km/h. Simply brilliant! The parachute flight takes 10 to 20 minutes and the view of the countryside is unforgettable. With the instructor’s permission, you can try steering the parachute and take control of the flight yourself. The whole experience lasts approximately 4 hours. The adrenaline is pumping through your veins and, once you’ve landed, the urge to do it again grows ever stronger.
