A 4-course vegetarian menu is served in Prague at the Talíř restaurant. The preparation of these excellent dishes is overseen by experienced head chef Denis Wágner, who brings years of expertise to the table.
You can expect 2 hours in gastronomic heaven, savoring specialties such as goat cheese foam with vanilla honey, nuts, marinated pear, and pomegranate. Following that is pearl barley risotto with pumpkin, thyme, roasted red beet, and Parmesan. This is followed by a mix of torn salads with pear, nuts, and roasted endive wedges in honey. And for the sweet finish, make room for the cheese cake with forest fruit sauce and lemon powder.
Freshness of all ingredients, with the majority sourced from local farms, is emphasized here. The vegetarian menu includes unlimited consumption of selected non-alcoholic beverages, Czech and Moravian wines, and excellent beer—all included in the price.
