And here we have the last output from our teambuilding. You're glad, aren't you? Any would-be expert on interpersonal relations would surely confirm that every good teambuilding must not miss a fight. And that's why we couldn't miss it either! Riding in an armoured personnel carrier was our only experience together and we enjoyed it immensely.
Task 1 - Explore the terrain
When we arrived at the site in Milovice, where we took the ride in the BVP, a former army technician took over and showed us "his" collection of tanks. He spiced up the whole explanation about combat equipment with stories from military service, which were of course the most interesting.
After that we moved to the area of the former military tank yard, where tanks, BVVs, as well as quad bikes and off-road motorbikes are running around.
Task 2 - Survive
As ordered, we boarded a BVV and drove out to scout the terrain to see if there were any enemy units hiding there. Being a veteran, he whizzed by pretty fast, but the cross bike still passed us, well. Unlike the motorcycle, though, we swept out every pothole, bush and puddle, so we enjoyed the ride with a full field.
Of course, after a half hour of "sightseeing" riding (like proper infantry, we should have been locked up in a castle), we had to have our pictures taken in an orderly fashion, and then we were exempt from gym class and military service. They said they wouldn't win with us.
