This skimo course takes place in the Giant Mountains near Rokytnice nad Jizerou. Before you head out to the wilderness with your skimo boots for the first time, you will learn a little bit of theory, which will cover everything about safety, and also practice your ascents and descents on a slope. Once you're feeling confident enough, you can hit the ridges and enjoy the freedom of moving around the snowy landscape. The course is also suitable for beginners who have no prior skimo experience. The only required thing for the course is to have at least a reasonable level of physical fitness, because you'll get a decent amount of workout during your climbs. But going down is what it's all about, everybody knows that!
